I just read through the thread lolol.... now its ready status and he will try again this morning / and/or email the embassy with the link provided!

Let me know how it goes, we sent an email last night and haven't heard anything yet.

Probably they were updating case status - cause now everything works and it says this magic word "Ready"

question,  Jorge paid for the form and it was filled out of course, but it says he cant schedule interview until his payment goes through which could be 2 days?????????   what is this ?  I was under the impression you could schedule at the same time as payment

we are having some issues. Jorge is a sweet simple man and isn't fluent in English so we have a couple challenges with things like this... he was able to pay . but the message he got after says he cant book interview until his payment is verified which could take 2 days.....  but I believe Ana Maria provided enough info suggesting he in fact can use the web link she provided and schedule his interview regardless..... however.... he wont listen to me because he doesn't understand.... so he is calling the embassy which he is saying is crazy . and I'm at work so I cant really help him. so needless to say I am pretty frustrated too... if I were you I would get on try to pay again.  you should be able to now

it means your ready to schedule interview and schedule medical, they will send you a package with intrustions

because you sent email last night, they may have "opened" it for you.

not sure how he paid, but

 

first you pay (i used a credit card)....soon as it processes - the system opens up the calendar to schedule a date.

 

if the payment is "clearing or processing" - I don't think it will open the calendar.

he said that their system is down for payment processing which is why he is experiencing these obstacles

@Laura & Chris from what I've heard Yes, ive heard of someone getting an email from the embassy telling them to cancel and wait.
