We heard like hours after the packet was delivered, so I think so!

Does anyone know anything about co sponsor??? I check online but it keeps talking about I 184 but i am not sure.

I don't know if it's the same for all countries, and I don't know what I 184 is, but I believe the I-134 is for both the sponsor & co-sponsor.  That being said, Canada specifically states to bring I-864 to interview.  Also our lawyer said to provide both as some have been denied at interview for not having both.  Also, you'll need I-864 for AOS so why not prepare it now, and just update later at AOS.   We are doing both forms (I 134 & I 864) for both the sponsor and co-sponsor...just in case.

False alarm everyone, missed the huge "At NVC" above all the jumble about the 6 steps lol.

Now how long to the embassy? lol

I just called the NVC inquiring about whether the case was received. The guy told me it was yet to arrive and I should allow up to 6 weeks. Has anyone here waited for more than two weeks?

Yes (granted, only by two days) but it seems that recently this hasn't been a problem. Every time I've called I've never been told 6 weeks--always 2. They used to say 6 weeks because it was actually taking that long. Now, not so much.

Edit: It took 10 days for the NVC to receive my case, and another 16 days for me to actually get a case number. So 26 days in total from NOA2 to NVC number. I hope that clears up some confusion lol.

Keep checking your case status here:

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA==

"Ready" is the magic word you're looking for.

Idk how it is Canada, but for some embassies you can already go ahead and schedule your medical and interview. Other countries, you need to wait until the embassy contacts you. If you are the fiance(e) beneficiary, you can gather the documents your embassy requires. If you're the petitioner, you will need to send the beneficiary the I-134 and the documented required with that.

Woah. Just find this forum. I'm at 6 weeks tomorrow. Anyone know what I can do to figure out why my case isn't at NVC yet?
