Well, I think there are rules that should be enforced by the states, and those better handled by the feds.  Unfortunately, the lines are crossed on too many levels.

sessions clinging to the failed war on drugs, specifically marijuana, has nothing to do with public safety and everything to do with appeasing private prison$, who like to keep their prisons full and generating cash..
