Hi all... 

Im 10yrs GC holder, and just  immigrated here in US last Oct 2017. My husband and i planning to sponsor my Mother this coming May 2018.

My question  is i can be her petitioner?  Or my husband can be her petitioner?

You have to wait until you become US Citizen. Your Husband cannot be your mother's petitioner

No.  To petition for a child the petitioner must also be a GC holder, not the mother of a GC holder

Ooops i forgot to put open/close parenthesis for "mother" 

Thats what i meant. The mother is gc holder who wants to sponsor her son. So its possible. It will takes  long time of period to process? Since the mother is only GC holder not a Us citizen?
