Sending money to beneficery , is it good or bad

There is one reason to send money transfer receipts as evidence.
When attached to a note explaining that the money was gifted as a birthday/Christmas/ Valentines Day gift or for any other special day/event
where couples would normally exchange gifts or a monetary amount and this goes both ways, no matter how small the gift may be from the beneficiary
to the petitioner. I would not send receits as regular support evidence because it will be looked at as the beneficiary being with you for the money.

There are beneficiaries who are milking several USC "fiances"  at the same time all for the money and then disappear when it
comes time for the interview. Too many fraud possibilities. Occasional monetary gifts for special occasions are fine.

Though relationship evidence is not required to be send with the petition to USCIS, I would definitely front load it so it lands on the CO's desk
when he looks at the case file before he ever sees the beneficiary in person.

Not to front load with relationship evidence (except for non red flags /easy peasy countries) is extremely careless for high fraud embassies.
Face to face frequent visits with receipts, photos with family and the obvious boarding ticktes etc. are best send with the petition and then again
send with the beneficiary for the interview. Make copies of every shred of paper.
Pakistan is not an easy embassy.

Are you allowed to send money to your SO? Absolutely, and vice versa. For whatever reason - that's nobody's business. Chip in on a mutual bill of some kind. Send money just because. For a birthday or holiday. My fiancé and I have exchanged money over time for various reasons. We went dutch on a plane ticket once, he's sent me money to buy something for him stateside that he couldn't buy internationally, etc. We didn't include that in our evidence, and we were approved without it.

Will it automatically result in you being denied? Not necessarily. While it isn't necessarily an independent expression of a relationship (it doesn't really prove you are in a relationship, just by sending them money), it isn't systemic proof that there is no real relationship. With that being said - I would err on the side of caution, simply because whoever reviews the case does not know you, your partner, or either of your intentions when it comes to money. It could come across as the beneficiary using the petitioner for money, or the petitioner "paying" for the relationship. And yes, Americans can be just as guilty of "paying someone off" - mail order brides/grooms are a real thing.

It's not a required example of evidence. I mentioned on another thread about this topic that I've seen people send proof of their engagement ring purchase, or proof of joint finances/bills. However, if you have enough substantial evidence to go along with it that solidifies your relationship, it may not be an issue.

As you can see from previous responses, there are people who have included such info in their evidence and had no problems. Only you know your situation so I would suggest evaluating all evidence you and your partner have to send and decide if the rest is enough to support the relationship, opposed to sending something like that and not a lot else with it. It's better to be safe than sorry. I always look at it like this - now is not the time to test a theory of any kind. ;)

Best of luck to you!

Håll ut, y'all.

I used my transfers as evidence but I am also the sole provider of my family. My wife could not work while she was pregnant . So in my case I'm sure the CO would be expecting me to send my wife and son some type of financial assistance.

If it was the other way around .. she was working in the US while I was not working or constantly asking for assistance .

It could be perceived as a problem (depending on the culture of course.)

True.  We were more concerned about the K-1 when the couple isn't married yet.  In the case of a CR or IR, that will show continued support for your spouse and is a good proof.  With K-1 the couple isn't married and the CO is specifically looking for little indications that there may be an issue.

Is it good to use as evidence if i send money to my gf for whom i am applying k1? And send reciepts with visa application. This is petitioner sending money to benificary

I would say it depends. My husband used to send me money once in a while. Not a regular thing, just when I need it when my earnings aren't enough to cover unexpected bill. He included the receipts when he sent the I-130 form and it didn't hurt our petition.

How in the world did she support her self before you ???

She had a husband which passed away plus she has two kids to take care.  She is not well off so much to support herself unless she works and if she works it does not pay off that well with her education.  Second, she was diagnosed with active TB and had to go through a year long process (taking medications every day) to get over it while she mostly stayed out of our own village for her TB treatment.  She did earn some money but it was not enough to support her family.

God has a plan for each of us, she could have died not knowing she had TB if we had not met, I filed for her petition and she went for her medical .  If I did not come along then it would have been some other plan by God for her.  Remind that in Pakistan there can be huge wealth gap between rich and poor, its a good thing I could support her and her kids when her husband passed away.  Most women and children face quite hardship if they lose the main breadwinner in their homes.  I lost my wife and I know my struggles and how difficult it can get with kids.  My fiance has been to the US on K-1 but she had to leave early on due to family emergency.  This is the second K-1 I filed for her.  I participated in her K-1 interview and there were no issues.  The whole interview lasted just 2 minutes.  Her visa was issued after being in AP for a short time.

As someone said here earlier, you know your situation and the embassy can see that too.  It can be a good thing or a bad to include information about petitioner supporting her fiance.  In my case, I included the information to show USCIS that we are still in actively involved with each other even when she left US after being in the US on her earlier K-1 (May, 2016).

07/27/17 - K1 packet sent at the end of day.

07/31/17 - NOA1

03/22/18 - NOA2

08/28/18 - expected date for medical completion - Sputum test was needed

09/22/18 - anticipated interview date

Ah great, I lived on Grand and York and still own a condo there.  I now live in Elgin close to I-90 and 59.  You can get to most areas of Chicagoland from your Elmhurst location, great town and great for kids to go to school at :)
