Can you change info on your I-130 after submitted???

Please help. I’m so upset right now. I’m using a non profit and I just saw that the paralegal who wrote up my I-130 said I stopped working at my previous job in 2016 when I told her 2013. And the address is wrong. It’s one of the group homes from the agency. Not the main building. 

 

I’m terrified this I s going to result in a SECOND denial! My first one was denied due to abandonment because I didn’t get the Stokes  interview notice. 

 

Is there anything that can be done to fix it???? The I-130 was sent in around the 28th or 29th and I did NOT get see it before she sent it. 

 

My husband is back in his country now and this has to be approved before I can even try to get him back

I contributed to your previous thread in September and really the advice has not changed, a complicated case just from the taste you gave us. My advicse stands, one of the Immigration Lawyers recommended on I2US. Not a paralegal situation.

I have similar situation where I called USCIS and talked to a tier 2 officer (you request that) and then explain the error and ask for it to be fixed. I did that and they placed a note on the file for correction and got approved with no issues.
