Hi,

for applying naturalization, we need 18 months out of 36 months.

I  travel half of time abroad, every trip less than 6 months. total spend 19 months in USA out of 34 months. What are my chances of application approved. Is consular still question about physical presence although i fulfill the law requirement. what are your thoughts?

Thanks

If you have not fulfilled the physical presence requirement you are not eligible to naturalize until you do.  They do indeed verify this

YMMV

Is it 19 months in the US vs 15 months out?  If so, you do meet the 18 month requirement for being physically present.

Good Luck!
