consolemaster- my case is at the CSC... i don't know where u check the statistics at but could u please also tell me when i should be receiving my NOA2 going by the statistic estimate. thanks.

I have also been touched 3 times this week (I got my first touch on Monday). Are we reading into it, or is it a pattern that after a few days of consecutive touches it leads to an approval?

I haven't got touched for either I-130 or I-129F since i have filed them. I am bit worried that everyone is getting touched and i am not getting any touches. Should i be worried? I have yet to see a timeline that wasn't touched but got approved.

Aug 20, 2007 - Generated DS 3032 and AOS Bill

Aug 21, 2007 - Emailed DS 3032 to NVC (Used James Shortcut)

Aug 22, 2007 - Sent AOS Bill overnight (Used James Shortcut)

Aug 28, 2007 - NVC Received AOS Bill (Automated Voice message)

October 15, 2007 - NVC Received AOS and DS-230 Forms

October 24, 2007 - CASE Complete

November 2, 2007 - Case at Embassy

January 10, 2008 - Interview Date

January 10, 2008 - VISA APPROVED

Jay, for my I-130, I did not receive any touches prior to approval.... I wouldn't worry too much about it!

5/07/07- Received IV Bill

5/09/07- Mailed out IV Bill & I-864 Package

5/14/07- NVC said they are reviewing the I-864 Package

5/15/07- Mailed out I-864 CoSponsor Package

5/16/07- NVC received IV Bill

5/21/07- NVC generates DS-230, mailed out DS-230
