Evidence for I-751

I've seen this question gets asked a ton on here, but just wanted to clarify a few points on sufficient evidence.

In the 18 months since moving here, we've kept our finances seperate. We have our own bank accounts and credit cards, which works fine for us. The mortgage comes out of my account and my wife sends me money through Venmo towards it. We also have our own credit cards.

The type of proof we do have is:

- Plenty of photos of us in different places

- Tons of boarding passes from trips around the world

- Joint tax return from 2017

- Utility bills (some in my name, some in my wife's)

- Joint health insurance policy

- Joint auto insurance policy

- Joint home insurance policy

- Both our names on the mortgage deed (my wife is the sole name on mortgage as I had insufficient credit in the US)

- Drivers licences with the same address

- Joint names on the lease for the apartment we lived in for 6 months before buying our house

- Affadavits from 2-3 people

- Cards addressed to us from friends (Xmas, New home congrats, Wedding invites)

Is this sufficient? Should we include bank statements? They would be seperate accounts, but with the same address.

I've also just read that screenshots from social media might help. I could include tons of those from our travels, if people think that it would help at all.

Thanks in advance!
