Processing times

I applied for my EAD in August together with I485 and I havent heard a thing since my biometrics in september. 
I have asked for one update in november and one in december and no one has gotten back to me. USCIS said both times that someone will give me an update within 30 days but I havent heard a thing. 
My husband is also deploying soon so I am starting to get a little worried.

EAD/AP 70 Days approved still no card was sent back undeliverable apparently mail carrier put in wrong box... because uscis has correct address.... now submitted inquiry to resend

Also applied in August. Absolutely nothing so far.

Have you requested the updates as well? 
I have asked for 2 (I think they are called update requests) but I havent heard anything back.

Yeah. When I log into myUSCIS, it shows that the service requests are still unassigned. One in Nov, one in Dec. I called them about it and they just said to wait more. I thought they did things really fast for partners of the military?

Wow it is tiring having to wait without any hope

We are also still waiting. It's been a total of 129 days since USCIS received our petition. Then we received and responded to an RFIE, and today is day 93 since our response was received. 

Raised several service requests - 1 is marked 'complete' as of January 12, but so far no new updates. 

Contacted our congressman as well, so far no response from his office.

I am still waiting too. I sent off I-485, with I-765 and I-131 end of August, had my biometrics in Sept. Phoned up in December about the EAD and got told I'd have a response within 30 days. Still not heard anything so called up thismorning and got transferred to Tier 2, the guy told me they're currently processing EADs for June 30th so I'll just have to wait longer!! Not sure whether to believe him, but I'm getting pretty worried now.

hello i also just called them today and i was told the same,have you gotten a response now or still waiting

No, I haven't had a response for anything. The only thing that's happened is I got an automated email from the time I called them in December. I got the email on Feb 7th and it just said 'The status of your service request is: Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of action shortly'. But I haven't heard anything since. 

 

I was thinking of calling again to ask what's going on. But I'm not sure if I should bother because I don't know if they'll be any help. 

Also the Tier 2 person I spoke to last time was pretty rude so that kind of puts me off. How long have you been waiting?

i have been waiting 130 days and after sending back my rfe it says 83 days ago here so when i called today i spoke to someone who gave me a confirmation number and said i should expect something in days
