Hi! I need help understanding if we are eligible to adjust status.

I am an LPR (gained from being petitioned as parent of USC), petitioned my other then 20 year old daughter via F2A. Looking at the current priority date (as of Jan 2018), it's Feb 2016. Below are our dates.

Priority Date: January 26, 2016

Date of Birth: April 28, 1995

Approval Date: May 16, 2016 (unsure about this. Is this the Notice Date of the Approval Letter? or when Visa is available?)

We received a letter from NVC back in June 2017 that they are changing her classification to F2B. I am not sure if she is covered throught the CSPA. I hope she is!

Thank you very much!

hi

nope, she isn't and that's why immigration changed her category

she was approved in 4 months, very quickly, so she is 22, minus 4 months, she is still over 21

I was afraid of that when I received the approval too quickly.

Go figure, when you want them to take their time, they're quick while when you want them to process things sooner, they're very slow.
