Hello all,

applied to remove conditions on my wife's green card, received notice that application was received and under review along with the letter stating her green card was valid for 1 year during the process. also received biometrics appointment notice and completed that step. I sent in the application almost 1 year ago, and the 1 year grace period during the application process will expire in about 1 month. I did call USCIS status hotline and via recording was told that "a decision has not been made" yet. I am just wondering if I need to do anything at this point since the 1 year extension on her card due to the application process is about to expire? thank you all in advance for any help you can offer!

the 1-year extension expires 1 year after the expiration date on the green card, not after the date the letter/petition was sent - just fyi as that can make a difference.

I'm still having to go through that process, but from what I've seen, she can make an infopass appointment and get a stamp for an additional year.
