Interview postponed at Norfolk due to bad weather

I had my interview scheduled for N-400 at Norfolk on Friday, Jan 5th, 2017. USCIS called this morning and told me that they will rescheduled the interview with at least 30 days notice since their office will be closed on Friday due to the winter storm. I am wondering if anyone else received calls/emails or other form of notifications? USCIS website is not updated with this information yet.

I'm sure a lot of east coast offices will close tomorrow. Keep an eye on the office closings page https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/uscis-office-closings

 

I've seen many weather related closures in the past especially during winter months. Field offices usually do good job re-scheduling the appointments. Hopefully you'll hear something soon but do an infopass, if you don't hear anything back within 30 days. Good luck!

Kind of ironic... My green card interview also had to be rescheduled due to Sandy.

same day, same place. I also got an email from uscis saying it cost at least 30 days to reschedule it. Keep in touch !

by the way, please update at here  if you have any new letter or notice . I need to visit another country and I can not receive the notice. So sad. I really appreciate it

Yes, Interview was reschedule for March 8th. Now waiting for the Oath letter.
