Hi Guys

I'm Pakistani national & resident of Saudi Arabia.

On dated 14th of December I have applied for US (B1) visa and at the end of interview Consular office said 'your visa is gonna approved and you will get your passport within 3,4 business days' but I didn't receive my passport yet and on the CGI Federal account showing nothing and CEAC showing "Administrative Processing". They didn't contact me for any documents etc and since I plan to attend a Exhibition on 22nd of Jan so little worried what's going on and have no idea. Kindly share your experience thank you.

It may be going through security checks. This isn't, uncommon for Pakistani nationals or those who interview outside their home country. You can contact them, but it's really just a waiting game. There's no limit for how long AP takes to complete.

4/6/2017: Received, 4/12/2017: Sent to Riyadh embassy, 4/16/2017: Case received at Riyadh embassy, 4/21/2017: Request case transfer to Manila, approved 4/24/2017

 

K-1

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

You can ask for your Passport back.
