My case is similar to yours, I applied on Jan 19 and my interview is on April 5.  In Detroit as well.

Folks here, are you guys applying early based on 90-day early filing rule? Can this be a reason for a delay? I filed mine exactly 90 days prior to my 5 years anniversary... Newark NJ office, Online submission.

Best guess: They wont schedule you an interview unless you meet the 5 year residency rule. I believe you they will bring you in soon

Hey, Thanks for your input.

But I thought as long as interview/oath happens after 5 yr anniversary date, it should be fine... and considering the interview occurs 4-5 weeks after the letter, shouldn’t I receive anything by now?

Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview.
Interview: Date of your interview.

Can I ask if anything was mentioned in your letter that the N400 interview will be together with ROC interview?

Reading the N400 interview letter, there was nothing there referring to the ROC.  I assume they will be combined either at the same time, or soon after, we had an AOS interview, so I am not sure if they will want us to also do an ROC interview, but we shall see.
