How long it is been saying it was scheduled? and did you receive the notice in the mail?

I went to biometrics in Albany NY today and asked about rough timeline for interview issue at the information window - they said about 3 months from now. I'm really curious to see how long it takes in reality because it's quite a small office, so might not be too bad. Also, I submitted a paper application but have an IOE receipt number, which sounds like a positive thing reading through this thread.

I'm just worried that the oath ceremony would end up getting issued when we would potentially be away. Any thoughts from anyone going through the citizenship process? Best to avoid traveling until we have all the information? Thanks!

I'm wanting to go to England, but have decided to wait now until this is all done & dusted !

My cousin applied on Jan 26 , did her bio this morning , and got her interview email 4 hours later!!!!!!!!! This is nuts . I applied before her , been in the states longer , same state and same city. No criminal records, single. And shes under 21.

I can’t understsnd uscis. You need like a PhD to understand their interview scheduling process.

Fprints: Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics). If you do your biometrics via walk-in prior to your scheduled appointment, please enter the date in bold blue.
In Line: Date you received e-notification about the start of your interview scheduling.
Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview.
Interview: Date of your interview.
Oath: Date Oath taken.
