I received today the letter of my appointment for the fingerprints. It is on the 16th in :USCIS MANHATTAN 201 Varick St, Ste 1023 W Houston St Entrance New York NY 10014. Any of you have any experience in that center? Is that the same for the interview as well?. Thank you in advance for your replies.

I had my FP back in late June in that same place it was quick and simple, all I took was the letter and green card!

but my interview will be held in 26 federal plaza

7th flr on the 27th.

Hello friends!!! I am a January filler too, i am going to add my dates!!!

Dallas lockbox cashed my check but my case was routed to Harrisonburg Storage center...so what is my group?

By the way, i received my biometrics appointment letter by mail today!

Since you mailed your application to Dallas/Lewisville then you'd enter your timeline under the top section, marked "Dallas/Lewisville".

Hi guys,

I filed N-400 while I-751 is still pending and my extension letter is going to expire soon. It is not easy to get infopass here in Orlando, always unavailable. So , I would like to know if it's ok or not if I will just let it expire and keep waiting for the cases to be approved, will it affect my job?

Please share your opinions.

You won't have any proof of your status should your extension letter expire and you don't obtain an I-551 stamp.

Agree with Hypnos. I am in the same position. When I went to do my biometrics they were very concerned that my extension letter expires in 2 months. I don't think they would have even let me in if it was expired. I had to check for infopass appointments in the early hours of the morning and take whatever I could.

Oath: Date Oath taken.

Field Office: Your local USCIS office where you will have the N-400 interview.

I have a question, what documents you guys sent with the N-400 applied base on 5 years greencard? I'm married for almost 8 years, my husband is american at birth.

I am under the 3 years rule. I uploaded my wife's birth certificate, our marriage certificate, tax returns for the last three years, our life insurance policy statements for the last three years, a copy of my green card (front and back), and bank statements for the last three years. I didn't find our first apartment lease and our mortgage agreement, so I'll take those along with utility bills to the interview.

It depends of whether you got your GC on your husband or another way. in my case i got because of my father I was over 21. Then I got married with a US citizen after i got my green card. When I submitted my application I did it based on 5 years. besides the green card on both sides they only ask me for my marriage certificate.
