is anyone can explain about form g-1145?

we are attach this form on our application and send it through USCIS, we thought that is for getting e notifications like email, is it correct? Does it make any problem or delay on our case?

Still waiting for my biometrics letter to be uploaded. I was planning on going to the ASC in Fort Worth tomorrow to try the walk-in. Hopefully it materialises soon.

They were not overly happy when I tried to do my biometrics early in FW for my green card five years ago, though I eventually got it done.

(Edit) It just appeared. The appointment is set for 1/24, and whilst I do actually have college that day, I could probably make it if I absolutely had to. That being said, I will probably try to do a walk-in tomorrow and see what happens.

Just checked tonight and the document has also appeared -- January 24th at 2pm. I had dinner with my ex tonight so it would have been nice to show him the letter. He got the hard copy of NOA today.

Managed to do a walk-in in Fort Worth today. One couple walked in right before me, and when we got inside the guard/boss was having an extensive conversation in Spanish with a Latino family for several minutes. Not sure what was being discussed but it sounded good.

When I got up I explained that my appointment wasn't until the 24th but I had college that day, and wondered if it could be done today instead. He said that usually work or college isn't an excuse to do it early, and they don't normally allow early appointments there (echoing what they told me when I tried to walk-in for my green card biometrics five years ago), but he added that since they weren't busy they would be able to do it today. I thanked him for that.

I went up, got my photograph taken, then the lady told me to place the four fingers from my right hand on the pad and the system would try to look me up and re-use my actual fingerprints from before. After a few seconds of searching it pulled me up, and she said that was all they needed. She confirmed my DOB and country of citizenship. And that was it. Perhaps about 10 minutes total. She did also give me the naturalisation civics test study guide, though I've been using the online version instead and at this point I've got most of the 100 question bank memorised.

Shortly after doing biometrics my online status (at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do - not in my online account -- as I understand it the online account is usually several hours behind) has updated to "Your case is being actively reviewed by USCIS".

And now we wait...

Just a quick question....Now since I have submitted my application online along with the evidence, I managed to upload 6 docs. The only docs i could not upload were my Tax returns. When I login to my ELIS profile, at the bottom it has list of documents that I submitted and besides that is a tab to "Upload Documents", Can i upload the remaining docs now or the system wont let me upload any docs...???

Just I dont want any RFEs for not being able to submit documents which I have but am not been able to upload....

You can prob try uploading them there, and just takes copies to the interview too. Covered both ways then.

I have a question for the online filers. Where can I find my USCIS Online Account Number? They ask for it in the application but I can not see it anywhere. I've looked at my account home etc. but just can't seem to find it.

A USCIS account number isn't the same as an ELIS account number, so I just checked the box saying I didn't have one.

I had no issues uploading documents.
