I was wondering on this myself.

I know our oath ceremony can't be before our anniversary, but I thought maybe the interview could be.

Granted, I'm not sure either way. I'll do some research when I have more time.

While it's exciting to see the first interview scheduled for this group, I just want to temper that enthusiasm a little bit by noting that Admd applied just over 6 years after immigrating - well beyond the 3 or 5 year minimum period before applying for citizenship. For people in that situation, doing an early walk-in for biometrics likely does speed up the process a bit.

However, those of us (myself included) who took advantage of the 90-day early filing period will likely be waiting longer for our interviews, regardless of when we filed and whether we do an early walk-in, because we haven't yet fully completed the 3 or 5 year residency requirement. I have read elsewhere in these forums that they won't schedule an interview for a date before your 3 or 5 year anniversary date, so for early filers I would expect that we'll start seeing interview letters in March for interviews in April or later (after our anniversaries have passed).

Yea, I would assume it would be after my 3 year date. Even if they do things by my "estimated" date of August, that is still super fast compared to my original green card and the ROC one.

I wonder if they will also wait 1 year from my biometrics to ask me to do another one.

YAY! That’s awesome. I’m not seeing your name on the list. Did you apply on the 90-day window? Are you based on the 3-year or 5-year rule - or have you passed your date? Just trying to see if someone got an interview prior to their eligibility date!

Thank you! I applied almost 2 months after I got my 10 year green card based on

3 year rule.

Thank you Very much Admd...Hope to get the Interview soon....

So now is your Interview at Drummond Rd...or at Philadelphia...????

What docs they mention in your Interview letter...???? Are you applying in a 3 year rule ....(Spouse of US Citizen) or 5 year rule....???

Sorry for the late reply.

I am applying based on the 5 yr rule.

The letter asks for green card, passport or any documents showing entry in US proof of selective service registration (for men I guess).

Also mentions that if you are applying based on marriage to a US citizen,  you should bring the marriage certificate, divorce decrees for you and your spouse or death certificate of prior spouses and proof of citizenship for your spouse.

Just curious but what do they really mean by documents showing entry in US?
