You know I don't know if I could leave this forum. I have been a member since 2012 and everybody and their stories are part of my life. I have made some friends - which I have met outside of VJ and some on the forum. This is a great resource for people.

I have been on since 2007, I'm divorced from my spouse now and still helped him get naturalized, and I have been housemates with someone I met on VJ since 2010! (Both our marriages went down the proverbial at the same time and we were living in the same time, and both needed to move out of our marital homes.) I've vacationed with people from VJ (including a former mod) and even hired someone to work in my office after getting to know her online here.

In other words, I need a life. Seriously, I am still so happy to see people getting through the process, and getting through it TOGETHER, giving each other support and guidance.

An update from me - had my interview today (12/13). Unfortunately (as I expected) no decision could be made. I’m hoping the next wait isn’t too long.

Can someone update the spreadsheet. I tried doing it on my phone, but not having any luck.

Received my interview letter on 11/11.

I'm sorry to hear that, @DallasJeeper!

I had my interview today at the Baltimore office. Came with my wife and 3 month old thinking that they'd come with me, but when I got called (10 minutes before my 3 pm appt), the agent told me to come on my own. She was super serious, I was super intimidated and we went through pretty much all my n400 application. She changed the fields about my having a kid (bring their birth certificate!), asked about my international trips, where I work and basically the whole n400 form. There was one thing she asked me for evidence and I didn't have (of ALL the things I *did* bring) but she didn't seem to mind too much - I totally forgot what it even was.

Once she was done with everything, she asked me the civics questions, oral/written test, filled something on her computer, handed me a paper and said "congratulations". With the most serious voice ever. She walked me out and that's it! She said my oath ceremony should be in January. By 3:20 I was out!

I can't believe it's almost over!

Thanks! I'm so excited this is almost over.

I printed everything and anything that I submitted for my n400 plus my 2017 tax return (tip, bring original and copies) since I filed after applying for citizenship, and the papers that were requested in the notice (Green Card, passport, wife's passport, 1-94, expired visa and temporary green card, original marriage certificate). I didn't bring my son's birth certificate, and while it was not a big deal, she said it would've been good that I brought it.

That said, all she asked for was my passport, current GC and ID. So a lot of printing for nothing but peace of mind. Also, if you've left the US since you started you immigration process, make sure you print, or memorize your travel history. I printed mine from here: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search. Use your current passport number and it'll link to any expired ones!

I also brought any "important" information from past filings (AOS/ROC) but again, it was not necessary.

We had our interview on the 12th. When they called my wife up, I stayed behind thinking she'd need to go in on her own. BUT the agent asked me to come, too, because they were going to do the I-751 lifting of conditions interview as well!* So there I was, nervous, because I wasn't prepared to be interviewed personally. She asked us about trips we took recently and asked for proof of our marriage -- and thankfully we had brought along three different credit card and bank cards with our names on them, which she took as evidence.

*We filed for the lifting of conditions i-751 in January 2017. When the window for its processing passed, we scheduled an infopass appointment and got an i551 stamp in her passport to travel. This was in September. The n400 interview was scheduled in November.

She approved the i-751 and then asked my wife if it was okay for me to be in the room during her n400 interview, which she said yes to. I couldn't help but grin as she aced the six questions -- "How many members of the U.S. House are there?" "Who is the Chief Justice of the United States?"

The agent laughed when she was done because she saw me smiling and thought it was funny. She then asked about how we met, etc. I was silent during the n400 interview. It took all of ten minutes or so. The agent told us that she would need to approve the i751 first and then the n400 and we should expect to hear from them in two to three weeks about the date of her Oath Ceremony.

It was wild. Felt like a big weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Almost six years to the day we first filed for the k1 visa, and here we are. Now to wait for the oath ceremony. I received an email this morning that there has been a "recent processing action" taken on the case. Hopefully that means they're finishing up the n400 and will schedule the oath soon. We're hoping for January. Fingers crossed!
