Hi ,dear people , 

i need information ,on the form 130 part 5 -other information "Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien ?"

so ,my answer is YES and it is APPROVED ,

so on this section going name ,last name date filled petition and the city .

my question is whiCH city ? city where beneficiary who was approved live now ,OR when is benefficiary lived when is petition was filled ?

thanks so much i have more questions for 130 

same section same part ,after information about previous beneficiary who was approved ,have section RELATIVE 1 

so this is example ,my husband was apply for me for cr1 visa an i was approved ,now he applying for my son -his stepchild for ir2 visa ,so on this part 5 

first information are mine ,and next information for relative 1 are for my son (his step child -for who he apply now ) right ?

 

Then ,if parents are deceased how write this when have only option for there information names,and where they live ...

He does not need add anyone on Part 5 (Relative option) because you already got your visa (he is not submitting any new application for you) and your son already in the existing application( or petition) not in a separate petition. It is asked on part 5, if he is going to submit any other petition besides this one .He does not have to mentioned anything about his parents death and form doesn't have that option  either
