there said some estimate time range from 7 to 9.5 months, mine is already 7 months almost so i wanted to know if somebody here that is waiting this amount of time know something else... its so long this process..😪

Right, but if you go into your profile and fill out your own timeline in there, it will give you a better more accurate estimate of when you will next hear something.  My estimate was between June 30th and July 10th or something like that, and i got my notice of approval on july 6th, so it does give you a better sense of when you will hear about your NOA2.

Yes, it seems in general but I hear they are now working on the January cases.  I hope so too, as this has been so hard the last few months

My application is in my married name but all my ID, including passport is in my maiden name.  I did my police certificate in my maiden name because that's what it says on my passport.  It's totally fine that way.  The information on the I-130 has listed both my maiden and married name, so its ok.

I figured it would be! I mean, they have all the identification in both names, including the name change documentation (marriage certificate). I was just unsure as immigration is strict! Haha

Cool thanks for your responses!

Can I schedule medical now that I have the NVc log ins? Or do I have to wait until NVC instructs me too?

Not sure what the waiting time is to get an appointment

You have to wait until you get an interview date before you can schedule your medical.

you need to wait until you get confirmation letter with interview appointment date.  You will need to take the interview date confirmation to your medical exam.

Our case is at the Nebraska Service Center.  Only seen a few January cases approved there, but tons for Texas.
