January 29th Case Received and still no news. Sigh.

Hi, what is your service center? If Texas then your case was received on January 29 I’m assuming your notice date is sometime in the beginning of February so that means your case would be looked at with the February filers since TSC is looking at February cases now. Just hang in there you should get some good news soon.

Congrats! Happy for you!

Im still waiting. NOA1: Jan 12..

My date filing for my husband is January 12, 2018 as well, but in the Nebraska Center.  So I think will take longer than Texas.  I am so confused on what is the most recent correct site to check for status or updates.

Yes, Nebraska Service Center is a bit more slower than Texas service center. As for the most recent website where everyone has been seeing there approvals would be this site. https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Wow, congrats. I wish you well on your next step forward the NVC stage. You’re almost there.😊

And can you please tell me if your VJ timeline time of your approval was accurate or was it close to the estimated time.

Thank you!

Thank you!

VJ estimated my NOA2/Petition approval as: July 31 - August 6.

My NOA "approval" date was August 3.

It was pretty darn accurate!

Wow, that’s great news and thanks for your reply. I asked a few people that have gotten their approval the same question and VJ timeline seems to be spot on for them too. VJ give me an estimate time of August 24 - September 1. I hope their predictions is spot on for me too.

u think they received my case or not yet?

My case received by NVC on 1st August . Yesterday my wife called them and they said it will take some time to assign case number. But Based on my research and review historical cases , I assume it will take three weeks from the receiving dates . Hopefully before that . Good luck everyone
