I-130 January 2018 Filers

Congratulations to everyone who is getting approvals this month!  

 

This morning I received email from NVC - my documents have been approved!

 

They will contact the US consulate in Guangzhou, China and notify me of my wife's interview date after it has been established.

 

Prior to the interview - my wife will have to get a medical exam at USA approved clinic - and bring the sealed results with her to her interview.

 

One step closer!

My PD is January 23rd based on new website (old website says January 19th, same on NOA1).

 

VisaJourney timeline says:

 

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between June 30, 2018 and July 16, 2018*.

 

I have not received anything yet, case history: only one line of "We have received your case"

Whats it mean if theres 2 lines of we received your case? Cause i have that

I also have 2 lines of we received your case, they said when u have this 2 lines on your case history maybe an agent is working on your case and u will get approval soon A week or 10 days that happened with some people

January should be starting late this month and next month for Nebraska. Start checking your mail at the end of this month.

Any news on Potomac?  I feel like I’m the only one.  I can’t find any Potomac forums for January filers 😔  mined has 2 lines but I think everyone’s does in the new website...

 

However, I’m so happy for all who are approved and moving to the next steps of their journey!
