someone have a problem to check on his case status on the new website? Today I couldn’t check they give error the page not exist or temporarily not available ? Someone had the same problem today???

I received an alert this morning that they are doing a system maintenance today and the case status tool will be unavailable today until 6pm Eastern time.

No. They make a mistake in beneficiary last name and When I figure it out I call USCIS and then they fix it on the 28 of june and again my status change on july 6 but saying the same thing. I guess some one open my case again on july 6 but I keep asking my self why?

What does it mean when you get an email saying 

 

We are still reviewing your case there are no updates at this time.

We last took action on your case June 25th 2018.

 

So are they still looking at my case its been like a week or 2 since June 25th?

Hello everybody. P.D. 23.01 - Texas . NOA2 - 03.07.   Checked new website. I checked my case but don't know how to check my daughter's case because don't see option for second case on new website

I checked the new website (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/) and we got approved as of 5 July; our PD was 29 January.

 

However, on the Case Tracker app and on the old website, it still doesn't show as approved. Fyi, I'm a US citizen petitioning my wife in the Philippines, neither of us have children or previous marriages and we did not use a lawyer; our case was at the Texas Service Center.

 

Confirming that starting at about two weeks ago, the "We received your case" entry showed up twice under the "Case History" tab on the new website. Wishing all the best of luck to my fellow January filers.

my PD is also 29 January and when I check on the new website I also have twice of we received your case at the case history. 

Is that mean that I will get approved soon?
