Notice data, what I'm assuming, is the date they printed the NOA1 so it could be folded and mailed off.  

My PD is Jan 3rd and my notice date is Jan 5th.

From June 16th thru June 23rd, it kept moving back and forth for the time frame I should be approved. Keep in mind this time frame for approval is based off of other people inputting their data into the timeline forms. The more people the more arcuate it will be.

My Approved date ended up being day ater the 1st date on the timeframe in the timelines page on VJ, sorry if that is confusing >< Earlier this week it was eta for June 27th thru July 4th,  my apporval is June 28th, total time 176 days. This is a lot lower compared to what I did my timeline in Jan... it was eta all the way into August.

On Monday last week I got excited about seeing that this could be the week. I was chekcing the new site every 4 hours, Morning, lunch break, after work, and before I went to bed. I was disppointed on Friday after work since there was no status update. I started talking to my room mates friend about this process, and looked online. Sure enough it showed approved. 

It was accute as the current date got closer to their ETAs.

I would follow those dates, but add one day or so to the time frame since of the holiday on July 4th.

In theroy yes. Just keep in mind, anything can happen, or there could have been a huge petition submittion happened between yours and mine. Or natural events or something random that could caused it to be delyed. Heck, your lawyer could have forgetten something about your case (This does happen more than you think here people have posted about how their lawyer was not worth the money etc.) I did all my research for the last two years but it was for the K-1 and AOS. The CR-1 was a bit last minute research, I will be honest I have learned new things from the country my husband is coming from about their documents....

The timeline changed for me again. Before it said july 15 to 31 now its july 18 to 28. Why

It most likely moved due to people updating their timelines from the weekend. Some people don't check the website out to see their status as often as we do; some wait till the hard copy comes in. Some people might have forgotten their info for this site (VJ) and have forgotten to update it till recently. Some people might have long waits. Or people that finally heard back from the RFE got approved. (Cases around my number were all RFE) Or people have created a timeline but this whole entire time they have been approved but didn’t update their dates. The time frame that the timeline gives you goes off of the average from everyone’s input from the last 365 days.

 

Plus it was the weekend I have seen this happen as well, give it till the end of the day to hopefully make it go back.

 

No I don’t have a link to back up this up since I remember reading about this on another thread long time ago.

my priority date is January 29 and they sent me NOA1 February first

when u think I can get my NOA2????
