Good chance, but keep in mind there is still a lot of other petitions, there were other case numbers that were before mine that got approved before my number.

I thought they were going in order by dates like starting january 1st then 2nd and on

My petitions january 19 but when i check on dhs.gov it says 23rd is the submitted date im confused

If they did, people from months ago would have gotten their answers by now.  I guess I was placed with someone that either a bit slow or thorough, or didn't care about some details in my petition..... I recently noticed I had spelled my husband's ex-wife’s last name wrong on the attachment I sent (I Have no clue how I spelled her last name wrong, it was to have an l but I type v in its place). We have my father’s middle name spelled wrong on the marriage certificate, husband has different spelling of him name, pending what passport you look at, and a few other crazy things, I somehow wonder if they had looked at his past filing for his past visas at this stage. I even sent him photocopies of his bio page and USA stamps to a from the USA and Russia, to help show the timeline of our face to face time, I did too forget to send in his birth certificate even thought I have a copy with English translations, I did submit passport photos of him and I, I had to cut them.... and the lines were not very straight. My whole package was about 2 inches thick.

 

 

Edit: I also sent in 2 copies of my birth certificate, one form when I was born that the county gave my parents and another from when my parents ordered a vital records since I guess my hospital birth certificate was taken at the border when crossing from Canada into the USA. My parents didn’t know any better. Also I sent in a full copy of my divorce degree, and the copy of the Clarks seal on the back. His 1st divorce certificate was also issued to his ex.... and not him. I'm unsure if this will cause problems down the road, so he should be talking to a lawyer in order to get one with his name; this divorce was in a different county than Russia.

My paper copy of my NOA1 stats Jan 3rd, the day after I sent my package off.

The new site states Jan 5th for PD, and approval June 28th. 

Old site, can't be found.

My Approved date ended up being day ater the 1st date on the timeframe in the timelines page on VJ, sorry if that is confusing >< Earlier this week it was eta for June 27th thru July 4th,  my apporval is June 28th, total time 176 days. This is a lot lower compared to what I did my timeline in Jan... it was eta all the way into August.

Create a timeline via the link I have given you, after you create said timeline, go to your personal timeline url it will state the eta you might hear back.  This time frame changes all the time, pending on people like me and others that keep our timelines update.

 

When I had input my data back in Janurary, I was given Aug 8 thru Aug 27 or so, and it kept on changing all the time. I highly advise you to create a time line with the link I have given you. Since I think I had given you my eta based off of my personal progress.

When I had input my data back in Janurary, I was given Aug 8 thru Aug 27 or so, and it kept on changing all the time. I highly advise you to create a time line with the link I have given you. Since I think I had given you my eta based off of my personal progress.

Now for the noa 1 date do i put the notice date or priority date

What does your hardcopy state? Jan 19th or Jan 23rd?  I would put what is stated in on the piece of paper.
