Texas has been working on normal processing of January for the last 2 weeks or so. My app track has  been going crazy  for January for the last two weeks. Last night it did its scans and I felt like my phone was having a seizure. Please keep in mind I have about 400+ I-130 case numbers saved in the app.

 

There are also September petitions that are still set as "Case was Received"

That's crazy that there's still outstanding cases for September. Are they from high fraud countries?

They will most likely be still working on every case from  Septmber thru Janurary, maybe starting Feburary in the upcoming weeks.

I just checked a case number from Setpmber, no country listed, but its from Sept 8th and it still states its was recived. I hope the persopn this belongs too has put into a inqury.

 

But this above info is based on https://egov.uscis.gov. The old website. Heck even my number still doesn't show up on the old site, but only the new one.

Nearly two weeks ago, I was getting updates in PD of Jan 12th, and some of them were sent to the DOS. 

 

I think it all depends on how the files were sorted after case numbers were given out, and then afterwards pending on how the petition was organized and how difficult the case it etc.
