Raining hard here too, been like this since about tea time. The dog is distraught. I gotta go, but it's raining!  Wet stuff falling on my delicate little self! Ya ya, I finally had to put a lead on her and take her out there. Out, did her thing, and back at the door in less than 8 seconds. A new seasons best! I watch too much Olympic coverage. Although, I did just see a female short program done to ACDC Thunderstruck

Our old lab was good that way too. Water dogs. I am thinking the one we have, the MIL's Yorkie is short, so closer to the wet. That's my theory anyway

Could be the doxies are pretty close to the grass too. They hate it and will only go out when they just can't hold it anymore.

Well, if it really is meant to rain for the rest of the week, ours will have to get used to it. I shouldn't laugh, but the mournful expression and the attitude that I haven't done well enough to organize her day properly crack me up. I am a bad dog mum apparently
