Ancestry.  I got it on sale around Black Friday.

 

Of the tiny fragment of Irish DNA it gave me, it managed to give me a region that I happen to know that my family was from, which is neat.  I only wished it could do that with the other ones.

My Husband had his done last fall, his Mother was curious, so she sent away for it. The results showed just what they thought, Europe West, Great Britain,  Ireland Scotland and Wales, and Scandinavia. All the migration showed New England Settlers, which is not news really. 

 

I thought about having mine done. My Aunt was heavily into ancestry things, and while she didn't trace the family back anything like as far as the Husbands, she did find we are Irish and German. Interesting mix. Maybe one day I'll get to it.  My budget these days won't run to much that isn't necessary.

We arrive at casa exhaustedly after (our usual great success at) selling POTSs, dedicated we man.

Our cough, which had been improving slowly, came back, bronchial we man.

Mrs. T-B. hits us with yet more family drama back in Ecu, roll eyes we man.

Mini-B. will not turn the volume down on the TV, inattentive wee man.

Cat insists on din-din now, insistent miu man.

 

For din-din, Mrs. T-B. served beef tips, yellow rice, and potato puffs, ingest we man.

Of course, we were still hungry afterwards, prevalent theme man.

 

Mini-B. then offered us some of his mountain of V.D. candy from skool, generous wee man.

We eat some, ingest we man; Mini-B. eats even more with Mrs. T-B.'s acquiescence, over-ingest wee man.

We therefore end up with a Many-year-old on a sugar buzz before bedtime,  man.

 

And, as always, Mrs. T-B. either forgot to get us a card or got one but forgot to give it to us, ADD she man.

(This is yet again why it's important to have rubias, si man.)

Mrs. T-B. forgot that she forgot that she forgot to give us a V.D. card, ADD re VD she man.

We were late to the POTS office because she wanted to yak, yak she man.

We do not care to hear her yak in the morning, no man.

(Days should not start before noon anyway, no man.)

Sadly, she still deludedly believes that we are richer than the Rojo, si but no man.

If the Rojo takes her, we shall have unobstructed interaction with the rubias, dream man.

But we are simply too successful a business typhoon in the POTS business to convince her, sigh man.
