I'm already at around 1500-1600 calories, having as much protein as I can stomach (although I can work on having more) low carb and healthy unprocessed foods. Being trained, but not a lot of weight lifting yet, so I will request that, I'll tell my trainer later tonight that I want to do more weights. thank you!

I'm getting a lot of requests for tattoos and I feel so down today at the same time,

like, why do people want to get tattooed by me if I suck?

I'm fighting a lot of negative feelings and trying to not let it sink me right now.

Right before period your body is getting heavier (because of the water) and all that stuff, so I wouldn't worry about not loosing weight at that time. Weight yourself right after your period and you'll see it's getting better

One more thing, do hiit cardio vs steady state.  It takes 30 mins.  You go all out as long as you can and then actively rest between.  So when starting out you bike, run, etc... as fast as you can for 30 secs.  Then slowly bike, or walk, for 1-2 mins.  Gradually try to increase your work times to rest times.

Unless you want to run like a 5k etc, hiit is better for weight loss.

 

Always! Do cardio after weights. Try to separate them by a few hours too.

I keep telling my trainer about the wonders of HIIT! He said "I hasn't tried it yet" if it comes to that I'll incorporate it myself. I am definitely not training to run longer, but to lose weight and become stronger so you're absolutely right, I have to make my workouts count. 

 

Doing cardio after weights but not by much because I'm at the gym. I'm going to switch to the gym in the morning (focusing on weights) and pole fitness at night (we do cardio first and then half an hour of pole) see how that works out and to switch things up.
