LOTR for the win! Very nice Asia. 

 

Most of my dragon wasnt too painful.  The left wing, since its close to the back of my leg was probably the most sensitive.  I felt bad for the artist aince my leg kept involuntarily tensing up.  I tried my hardest to stay relaxed though.

I was supposed to have one more leaf (where the three leaves are close to my neck), but because I was tensing like crazy, the tattoo artist decided to give me two black spots instead :P

 

When I was getting a tattoo on my ankle/foot, I couldn't contain my foot bouncing, so we had a lot of laugh :D

We are unsure of how much or whether we feel better today, jury out man.

Heap Strong bedtime medicine included a half-bottle of cough-syrup, swig we man.

We did not awaken coughing during the night, no man.

However, we didn't get to bed till Many a.m., truncated zzz man.

Swigged other half-bottle of the above before driving to the POTS office, fortunately no cops man.

Bit of a setback.

 

I weighed myself and I haven't lost any weight if anything I gained some. I know this can be normal,

but my measurements remained the same as well. My clothes fit the same. 

 

I know it's only been two weeks, but I've been working out so hard that I hoped for a little bit of progress at least.

I can't believe I'm 176 pounds. It's the heaviest I've been, and it terrifies me.

 I have to suck it up, adjust/adapt and keep going. Think of it as a lifestyle change and not a forced diet/quick fix.

 

But ugh it's rough. Wish me luck guys, to power through.

Cut some calories out, make sure to get enough protein, about 170g per day, and the rest in healthy carbs and fats.  Lift weights.  Swear to all that you find holy that lifting weights will trim you faster than any cardio.
