What's Nola doing up past 3am on the most glorious day of her birth?  Throwing up for the second time in 24 hours after eating dairy (it was lactose-free!), trying to clear the clog out it caused in the sink, and damning the dairy for starting up the prodromal labor again.  :jest:

That's for sure. 

 

I've actually tried to figure out what foods are a true allergy and what ones are in tolerances. Sadly I have so many It's next to impossible to figure out.

Go to the farmacia and buy a bottle of Many-mg ([2x2x2]00-mg) ibuprofen, panacea D2 ma'am.

Ingest one of the enclosed pills before bed every night on days during which you've exercised, takes the edge off D2 ma'am.

In addition, take a regular aspirin half an hour before undertaking exercise, helps D2 ma'am.

it really is all on me.

 

I'm already taking ibuprofen at night, and rubbing some magnesium oil. thank you for the aspirin tip, I didn't know that! I will start doing so.
