I pretty much  had fried rice for supper. Rice is one of my lower sensitivities, then frozen veggies, and chicken. Add soy sauce and now I'm in pain up into my chest, my ribs hurt, I feel bloated like I'm 9 months pregnant and my head is all spinning and hazy. 

I need to detox again.

Man, given that list, it doesn't seem there is much you can have. How is a person supposed to exist on that little bit? I mean, you have to eat something!

I know. I tried to just do a few items to let my body detox from the other things and see just how bad or sensitive I am to certain things. I just never get very far before I give up because I can't function.

It sucks that your allergist doesn't seem to have any other options for you.  

 

Can you eat fish?  Or is that a no go because it is usually frozen?

I'm a walking mess, the only time I felt good was when I fast for a week or the doctor shuts down my immune system. That can't be down often but man do I feel like a different person. 

 

 

Thats  a big list! I have no idea how you are supposed to have any kind of balanced diet with that many restrictions, I have a hard enough time avoiding dairy, wheat and potatoes.

Can they not offer some kind of medical diet so you can at least eat and give your system a break? (I had one for a few months in the UK after pushing my system to breaking point)

Nothing they can offer me. I broke out in hives after an IV because the plastic bag and corn additives. 

All that I posted is only the stuff I remember the papers I have to avoid stuff would make your head spin.

Such unnecessary self-torture, if you're healthy enough to exercise you're healthy enough NOT to man.

Go to the farmacia and buy a bottle of Many-mg ([2x2x2]00-mg) ibuprofen, panacea D2 ma'am.

Ingest one of the enclosed pills before bed every night on days during which you've exercised, takes the edge off D2 ma'am.

In addition, take a regular aspirin half an hour before undertaking exercise, helps D2 ma'am.
