First pole dance class: I can somewhat do the firefighter. My legs are already bruised, but it is fun! so I'll definitely keep trying.

gym at 8 pm, I'm up since 8 am which was hard, but I have to keep trying. 

 

I also did the meal prep for the week: Zucchini, pumpkin blossom and spinach patties with coconut flour, Brussel sprouts washed and halved, cooked chicken breast with herbs for salads, cauliflower ''rice'', lentils with tomatoes, washed and cut peppers as well. It's tedious but it makes the daily cooking easier and I don't dread the idea of having to prep/disinfect/cut everything before every meal.

Kiddo was supppsed to get braces off dec 20 but it was pushed back a month due to a spacing issue.

Took Mini-B. to Langosta Roja (Red Lobster) for birthday din-din, favorite fancy place of wee man.

Mrs. T-B. had tummyache from having ingested her own cooking earlier, poetic justice man.

 

Inspected lobsters in tank, sea food man.

Named Many of them (Larry, Leo, Linus, and Lacey), American lobsters man.

Named one of them Lacho, Spanish lobster man.

 

Mini-B. had popcorn shrimp & French fries/ketchup, satisfied wee man.

Mrs. T-B. had shrimp tacos, ingest anyway she man.

We had tilapia, forgot to ask for it blackened man.

 

At end, staff brought ice cream/brownie with lit candle and caterwauled "Happy Birthday" to Mini-B., pleased wee man.

Mini-B., who had ingested his whole din-din, also ingested his whole dessert, ravenous wee man.

He is now officially Many years old, up-growing wee man.

 

Returned to casa in time for our preferred/necessary postprandial nap, zzz we man.
