My youngest was a 29 weeker, and I was taken to hospital by snowplow. He was the only baby there for 3 days, as no one else could get there. Forty years ago this February :)

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

It's also nice to have a dog who will go out to pee in the rain. The mini weasels will not under any circumstance get wet. They also lose the right to walk the house when they don't go out.

my week in food, so far:

Tuesday: chicken salad: lettuce, kale, hibiscus vinaigrette and roasted chicken breast.

sugar-free Greek yogurt with some cranberries and a few nuts for dinner.

Wednesday: lentil soup with a tomato, garlic and onion paste, low sodium chicken stock

and cauliflower steak with pan-fried Brussel sprouts with a hint of goat cheese for dinner

Thursday:  salmon with hibiscus vinaigrette, cauliflower garlic rice and Brussel sprouts

and I don't know what I want for dinner, maybe a bit of lentil soup or yogurt again.

And for tomorrow I made chickpea curry (tomatoes, coconut milk, curry paste, chickpeas) over a bit of quinoa

It's low-ish carb, low sugar, low on dairy, high on veggies and I'm also having some fats, legumes, and grains.

I stopped eating bread, flour, potatoes and the obvious: processed, junk food, soda, etc. and I feel great so far.

I'm not getting my usual allergies, I have more energy and I don't feel any cravings just yet.

how are you guys doing?

$200/month?  Whaaaaaaaaaaatttt?  Actually sounds a bit like my mother's comcast bill.  It is such a rip off.

My $56/month internet makes me cringe enough as it is.

They were real sneaky they didn't want to give us a better deal so good bye. It was for Phone, internet and TV somehow a sports pack got on there too. We do not watch sports unless it's hockey and they don't even have a hockey channel in that package. So why would I order it?

Ya they can kiss my royal hind quarters!

They would have been gone alot sooner but the Hillbilly likes to drag his feet. He likes to complain but doesn't move to fast to fix things. I'm in the camp that the first bill with their new so called price I would have made them offer me a better deal or tossed them.
