My mother knew she had to go to the doctor in Manhattan from yesterday. But chose to tell me toady an hour before the appointment...

I drop what I was doing, drive her to Manhattan.

Everywhere she goes, she needs the bathroom. Now the doctor needs urine sample, she can't go...

Now, stuck in Manhattan, I have a kid that needs to be picked up from school, and a dog that need to be picked up from the groomer.

Friday afternoon traffic, it'll take an hour to travel the 8 miles to home...

The Dane was offended I was going to go to concert without him.  I don't really think there is another option besides that, finding a good sitter for late into a Sunday/wee hours of Monday morning seems unlikely.  In any case, I bought him a ticket and am giving him a month to figure it out.

 

I don't know why he wants to go anyway.  As he is largely uninterested in music, it comes as no surprise that he doesn't even know the bands, despite them being some of the biggest names in rock right now (Five Finger Death Punch is one of them).

I'll go with you.  Hubs never wants to go to concerts.  Apparently he's too old for a mosh pit so he can't go to a concert period.

We blew back to the casa (after another set-recording week of POTS sales) with intentions to mow the lawn, industrious we man.

Spitting just enough rain to quash that idea, bummer man.

Mrs. T-B. had taken Mini-B. for din-din with an amiga/little amigo, alone-with-cat we man.

Ingested our assigned din-din plus most of the rest of the chicken* that Mrs. T-B. had cooked, not cilantro-poisoned for once man.

Napped-with-cat for 2 hours thereafter, up-catch on zzz we and miu man.

Mrs. T-B. must not yet have noticed that we ingested more than that which was assigned, have to cook again tomorrow she man.

 

*chief, if not sole, purpose of said critter is to end up in our stomachs, truth be told man

Supposed to storm like an illegitimate male child from about 1 a.m. till perhaps Many a.m.*, disrupt zzz man.

Then, Arctic cold front will lower high temps only into the Manys (2x2x2s x 2x2x2+2s), brrrr man.

However, strong winds should out-dry the lawn for mowing, convenient man.

Should mow-lawn our casa and the r-casa, double work man.

 

*several wimpy advertisers of GSs surely to wimpily cancel or phantomize out of fearful wimpiness, not our first rodeo man

Gave several POTS to handyman who's renovating the r-casa, install them there man.

However, he begged to keep them himself, too appealing to resist man.

We expect Many individual foreign orders soon, amigos & familia man.

We spent about an hour in the shelter this evening.  Pretty intense storm, and a lot of quite bad damage not too far from here. There is still plenty of thunder and a lot of lightning, but the worst is meant to be over for us.

It started here earlier to day but died off. It just picked up and lots of rumbling going on out there.

Is your shelter equipped with a POTS?  We have many attractive selections from which to choose, order today ma'am.
