HILLBILLY VASECTOMY, SI MAN

     An Arkansas couple, obviously both rednecks, had Many (2x2x2+1) children.  They went to the doctor to see about getting the husband "fixed."
     The doctor gladly started the required procedure and asked them what finally caused them to make the decision -- why, after Many (2x2x2+1) children, would they do this?
     The husband replied that they had read in a recent newspaper article that one out of every Many (2x2x2+2) children born in the United States was Mexican, and he and his wife did not want to risk having a Mexican baby, because neither of them spoke Spanish, no man.

Fence co. did our casa gate today, afternoon job man.

Furthermore, there was a misunderstanding regarding the pricing, nearly heart failure we man.

However, co. owner almost immediately swallowed it in our favor, no arguments man.

We went over to the r-casa to do some up-cleaning, curbside the garbage for tomorrow man.

Filled half a can with concrete chunks from old fenceposts, almost too heavy to drag man.

Filled another can with all the old pickets that would fit, what a drag again man.

Fortunately, we had presciently popped an aspirin beforehand, should have popped two man.

 

Saw & socialized with several neighbors, not neighbours man.

Saw 2 abandoned cats, sigh miu man.

Only one mosquito-bite, bite us man.

Our body is killing us, should have popped Many aspirin man.

Mrs. T-B. phoned us from her appointment today, phone us she man.

She inquired how to pronounce "guerrilla," inquire she man.

We told her, informative we man.

I spent almost 2 hours on the phone this morning trying to call around to schedule a specialist appointment. Since I just moved here and don't have a primary care doctor half of them won't see me at all because I don't have a PCP to refer me. This is after I called my insurance company and verified that with my high paying plan I can self refer myself to any specialist. Finally I got ahold of a office who referred me to another office who put me on hold for 15 minutes but thankfully is able to work me in at 9am tomorrow. I about gave up hope and was going to start calling around Raleigh(1 hour drive away) to try to be seen.

I had a very good reason for my vasectomy at the ripe old age of 34...... I have 4 kids na (2 with x, 2 with wife, all of them live with us), so I am figuring by this rate we would have about 2-3 more by the time I am 40.

We have this problem only with dermatologists, I don't know why.  If a derm leaves the office, the Dane has to go back to the PCP get a referral for his eczema again, see the derm, and all just to get a really simple script for a steroid cream.

Some of the other offices want us to call and check to make sure we don't need a referral, but our MN insurance doesn't require it.  I think a lot of the ND plans might (which is where we go tot he doc).

The Dane is only 32, but we are exhausted with 3.  The older two are killing us; the oldest is super sensitive and the middle one is "spirited".  I'm not sure how people handle more kids, maybe they don't have the ones who have screaming fits all day or still cry at school all the time when they are in 3rd grade?  We're old parents for around here anyway, most have their 3 or 4 in close succession in their early to mid 20s.
