We also went to two Big Lots, Many% off man.

Got $Many ($2x2x2x2x2x2 + 2+2+1) at first one, deals man.

Might go back on Sun. to re-scope the place, whee man.

When I knew it was about time to say goodbye to my best friend, I spoiled him for a few days, gave him his favorite (ice cream)....

It's truly better that we outlive our pets. Who'd take care of them if we go first? 

Back in the 90s, I knew an old man who passed and left his dog, the poor dog wouldn't eat for days.

Even when my dam died, then the sire, their son was devastated...

I know it's the last act of love we can do for them and I absolutely don't want him to suffer but this is extra hard, he was my late husbands dog and we've been through so much together

 

No one has told Oscar he's not getting better, if you ignore that he's not eating or drinking you could believe he's just fine

I have.  I had fun.  I think with some that I went to with my ex, I would have had more fun without him.  He was boring at concerts.

It's harder on us to let them go.  I agree completely.

I haven't went to concerts alone since I've been married but I used to when I was single. I enjoyed concerts and events alone, just as I enjoyed traveling alone too. The two are somewhat related. The great thing about doing things alone is you can get by doing a minimum of planning. You do have to plan to buy the ticket, duh! But beyond that you don't have to necessarily sit in your assigned seat.  Or, at an outdoor concert, you don't have to hang with friends on a blanket the whole time. You're free to roam around. Listen to conversations. People watch, dance alone, move closer to the stage, etc.

So looks like out of 12 eggs I have 9 chicks one  chick was still in the process of hatching. By now it should be out of it's shell.  Two of the eggs I removed last week when I candled them. There was no development so I removed them.

 So far hiding under the mommies is enough to keep them warm and safe. That's great because it got crazy cold last night.
