Can't catch a break eh? Man, that is not good.

 

We had storms last night, and tiny hail, but in the South of the state, they had baseball size hail, all manner of damage done. I would think the Autoglass and bodywork repair people are going to be busy indeed today.

I think my surrogate Jewish grandmother might have died.  There is a somber voicemail on my mother's home number from her son.

Walmart at the location I went to today doesn't sell my massive bags of Dakota Mill bread flour anymore... they only had all purpose, which I use too, but I'm running critically low on bread flour. 

 

I was was just somewhere yesterday 40 min away that had it, but we didn't have room in the car. Frustrating. 

 

Yeah, I hope it isn't it with grandma person, and I'm kind of sad I haven't seen her in a few years since she started staying in FL year-round.  I shouldn't be talking since we moved, but I find it annoying when family, young and old moves to Florida (popular destination for New Yorkers). It seems like you never get to see them much anymore. We used to go down once a year, but it has been over a decade since I've gone.

Get one of these folding cargo carriers. I put a cooler on it when I go apple picking.

Today, we had Many instead of Many laundry loads, but we conquered them with ease, expert we man.

Left casa briefly for one errand, oak pollen flying through the air man.

The balls of said pollen are very much like tumbleweeds, similarities man.

 

Mrs. T-B. is hosting Mini-B.'s little wild-man amigo at Many a.m. tomorrow, truncated zzz for we man.

Then, at half-past Many a.m., kitchen consultant coming, caucus she with he man.

Then, Mrs. T-B. hosting party for Many of Mini-B.'s little amigos, tear up the casa man.

We hope to bend vs. break during Spring Break, egad man.

Schools are closed today because there is a storm forecast, nothing out there as yet and it was a half day anyway.

 

Youngest stepdaughter is 18 tomorrow, she will be away with the school chorus all day  so I've booked her a manicure/pedicure and hair do this afternoon so she goes to school on her 18th feeling like a million dollars.

Cake is ordered fland we had a necklace made with hers, her mom's and dad's birthstones.

I figure that her 18th is one of the 'big days' that she'll miss her mom more so trying to remember her mom without sadness and make it a special day for her.
