it's been raining a lot, I feel trapped in a sad, black and white French movie.

 

my legs are all bruised up thanks to pole fitness, but I like it more and more. it's a challenge.

I'm going to Mexico City in less than a month, and that's kinda exciting. two months of hard work and saving up to work through my current debt.

My mom asked me ''if it was worth it, the traveling because now i'm stressed about the money'' and the answer, for me, is yes. Yes, it was. 

I spent money on experiences, something I really needed last year. 

Once I'm in the U.S we do have to save up to eventually get a house or at least a better apartment, but this past year traveling was the best option for me.

but I don't think traveling is a waste of money if that's your jam. Everyone determines the things that have value and are worth the money they spend,

so there is not a wrong or right answer. Unless you spend it all on drugs and prostitutes then, sure, it's prooobably not the smartest choice.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
