I rearranged my basement gym trying to make room for another machine, maybe 2. It's not looking too promising. I'm too tied to workout now. I did cardio this morning tho.

And I did hook up the TV

Mentioned a day or two ago to lovely Russian fiancee that it was cold for San Diego, only got up to 60 F. She says it was a nice winter day in her city, sunny and got up to -9 C .

 

Well, not going to visit her country until May so hopefully California man (even if he was originally from Ohio) will be fine ...

Sunny here, but windy. All day long we have been hearing a sort of distant, rumbling booming. Himself thinks it's dynamite blasting somewhere. Hard to tell where it is coming from exactly, as it echoes around the hills. The locals aren't bothered. Those would be the cows.

So we are out to eat in big town. It is 6pm and 38 out and guess who was right?  T-shirts and shorts. A significant number.

I see the MIL has got her house listed. Finally. It is still full of stuff, and it does look strange to see things all over the place. Our old bedroom is full of someone else's ladderback chairs

 

She will be lucky if she gets anything like the money she's asking. 359,000 is a lot of money for where it's at. Oh well, good luck to her.

It is. Although my Husband has reminded me she promised to divvy up the takings. Bwahahaha...not in this lifetime, sweetie:D

 

My the media have been all doom and gloom with this last one, haven't they?  My cheeky friend and his Husband are flying back tonight to Heathrow from South Africa. That'll be a shock and a half

Mystery solved. Still hearing distant booming noises. Who would be blowing up stuff after dark? 

A quick google search takes me to the local county sheriff's Facebook page, which they say is monitored 24/7. How about that, Fort Chaffee is about 25 miles from here as the crow flies. The person answering my question says its drill weekend. That's who is blowing stuff up after dark

We (along with your doc?) strongly recommend fish oil, capsules nightly man.

Fish oil is very good for high-density-lipoprotein (good) cholesterol and for triglycerides, proven man.

If pills don't suit you, eat big helpings of salmon or mackerel at least twice weekly, canned or cooked man.
