It is after 2 a.m. and an earlier unsuccessful nap, need zzz man.

Well, the worst of the storm is over. It's still a bit gusty and cold tho....

 

Ever since my high triglycerides results, I've been using my home gym again. 

Aerobic and weights. 

Down 8  lbs, all midriff.

Now to shift the remaining blubber to my upper.

Man it's harder over 50.....

Soon, we'll be petitioning my in laws. 

But they don't have a certificate of marriage. PITA.....

Or 1/4 of the time.  16 months is the estimate, maybe more.  That is consistent with how the local offices have been running.

My leg hair probably grows faster, or rather it is darker than his, so when I shave you can still see the hairs.  Joys of super dark hair and ghost-like skin?
