We think it's a ruse to get you a tourist visa.  Your sister's poor planning is not going to help you get a visa.  The US will not care about any letter from your sister stating that she can not come to get her son.  Your sister needs to make plans to return to Pakistan to take her son back to the US.  You are not going to get a visa based on your nephew's needs to return to the US.  He has a mother who can come to get him.

What I don't understand is why did she leave her child in Pakistan (since April, from your other thread)...without any plans on how to bring him back before school started?

A letter from your sister will not make any difference.

I think you have an uphill battle, with a good chance of another denial.

Your story has changed a few times between previous threads...how will a CO know what's the truth and what's not?

*Your first visa attempt was to escort your US-based mother because she cannot travel alone.

*Your second visa attempt is to escort your USC nephew back to his USC mother because she cannot travel to Pakistan.

*Your first visa application had your employment details falsely listed as a homemaker.

*Your second visa application will now list your actual employment (according to another thread you've worked there for 9 years) showing a discrepancy between applications.

*You've mentioned in this thread (and your concurrent one) that your sister is a "struggling single mother" and cannot travel to Pakistan to get her son.

*You've mentioned in an April thread that your sister cannot travel to Pakistan because your "brother in law" (which would be her husband, yes?) is ill.

*In a previous thread you stated you were single.

*In another thread afterwards, you asked about whether putting engaged on the application would make a difference in the approval of a tourist visa, and whether any proof of engagement is needed when hoping for an approval.

Life happens.  But you have to look at it from a CO's viewpoint...an ever-changing story is going to look like you're trying to "game the system" to get a tourist visa by any means necessary.

She can come to Pakistan by buying a plane ticket for herself.

What's more important - her job or her child returning to the US?

The US Embassy is not going to issue you a visa because of a problem that your sister and you created in order to try to get them to issue you a visa.  It's a trick that is not going to get you a visa.

She left him in April and you were talking about getting a visa using your nephew as the reason long before this new job excuse. Why didn’t she come get him before her job started? She just needed a weekend to fetch him.

The people at the embassy are not stupid.

By the way you are expected to answer when asked a question. CO is not obligated to look at any document. Any reluctance to answer could be seen as trying to hide the truth.  Don’t be surprised if you are also asked about the discrepancies between the applications.

How many times will you ask the same question?  Why do you expect the answers to change?

YOUR SISTER NEEDS TO COME TO PAKISTAN TO PICK UP HER CHILD.  YOU CAN NOT USE YOUR NEPHEW AS A MEANS TO GET YOU A VISITOR VISA.  YOU LIED ON PREVIOUS VISA APPLICATIONS!  YOU ARE NOT GETTING A VISA.

The CO at the embassy WILL NOT CARE about any of this as being a reason for you to get a visa.

(You can get an Islamic education in the US, just as you can any other religion by the way. Many people exactly do that during the summer at appropriate camps for the children while they work. I've never heard of a proper religious camp refusing any child because they cannot afford the fees either. Not that any of this is relevant to your visa application.)

Maybe not this one---however in your last one you listed your employment as "home maker."

According to prior threads you've been working the past 9 years.

The CO will compare your application to the past one and see the discrepancy.
