He notado que es tanta la información en el foro, que muchas personas se confunden, con la cantidad tan abrumadora de información, saturación de información, y hacen que el proceso se vuelva mas complicado de lo que realmente es. Personalmente he consultado, con respecto a viajar con mi visa mientras espero y por el RFE, fue muy útil porque fue más fácil tomar una decisión, pero en temas de llenar el formulario he notado que la gente se complica mucho y no leen la hoja de instrucciones. Se que para todos es diferente, para mí fue muy fácil.

Hi everyone.  My case from NVC now says In Transit and is now headed to Bogota.   Can someone with experience tell me how long did it take for their case to reach the embassy after NVC sent the case?

creo que entiendo tu pregunta...pero no estoy seguro....a ver ayudame entender aqui.

 

Ellos tienen varias etapas en cual ellos te pueden negar tu peticion.  Antes que recibas el NOA1, or NOA 2 or durante la entrevista.  En cualquier etapa te la pueden negar siempre y cuando no cumplas con demostrar que de veradad tienes una relacion cual vaya a llegar a matrimonio y que tengas los recursos para poder ayudar tu futura esposa.  Al menos que ellos vean que tu fiance sea una terrorista o algo asi..ellos no la niegan de primera. 

 

Cuanto tiempo de demora todo eso en cumplir...bueno depende de la etapa.  Pueda que ellos te esten pidiendo RFE detras de RFE y no demustres lo que ellos te piden.  Meses...muchos meses.

 

Espero que eso te ayude...o te calme tu cabeza.

Hola si entendi que puede ser negada en diferentes etapas pero cuando se envia a Imigracion es una Peticion del ciudadano y Trump despues d Septiembre 11 de este año 2018 firmo que se puede negar la peticion antes de llegar a las embajadas y que ya ellos no iban hacer lo de antes de RFE sino que de una ya la negaban partiendo de esa politica de Trump creo que si esta incompleta la peticion I-129F y no piden RFE y creo que en la NOA1 lo dicen o en la NOA2 que la niegan y se acaba todo y se tiene que empezar el proceso completo.

Si. El mandatario de los Estados Unidos puso esa ley en acción para tratar de que todas las gentes que envíen los documentos necesarios con la petición al USCIS, tengan todos los requisitos cumplidos para así mantener el nivel bajo de gente que envían peticiones incompletas, que no tienen todos los datos, que no tienen la información necesaria o que envianron la petición para que tome el lugar y más tarde esperar que le llegue el RFR y para que puedan terminar la aplicación.

 

Todos sabemos Cuando alguien hace una cochinada, Cuando alguien hace las cosas a mitad y no la sé completa. Entonces lo que ellos están tratando es de darle la discreción a los agentes cual reciben por primera vez la petición.... negarsela desde el instante en vez de enviarles a que busquen más evidencias para después continuar el caso,........... que envíen todo de primera correcto y ya.
