As pairs have no formal training in nursing or care. They are babysitters and help out with domestic chores.

Home Health Aides are not skilled workers either.  In my neck of the woods a one week course in BLS & CPR is all that is needed.

But the OP is looking for someone to care for him/her. Sounds like more than just a home health aide. Sounds to me like they are looking for a nurse.

No, you can't. You don't think people have tried that before? They have to be sponsored the correct way, get your "friend" to create an account. Or you could just admit it's for you.
