I'm still getting the "User-Defined Error" message and when clicking on the case it comes up as blank.  Both I-131 and I-765 still show the same message as before.  However the "Last Updated" date has changed to 03/27/2018 for her I-485.  We have yet to receive any form of physical mail or e-mail, and all status checks online show nothing.  The Case Status Online account comes up blank, and the USCIS account login page shows last update when received... Really confused....

What was your RFIE for the bc? I also got one for my bc, they said I had sent secondary evidence of birth and not a real birth certificate. (I had sent the long form bc which is what it says to send for Ontario on the USCIS site). I booked an infopass appt and the guy there said he could see no reason for the RFE and wondered if the officer just didn't realize it was a real bc. so I sent back an original of the long form and a copy of the short form.

EAD was approved today and updated to card in production on the DHS website. I expedited based on job offer on March 13, faxed in documents a day or so later. My priority date was Jan 12, so not sure how much the expedite helped, but at least it'll get to me around the 90 day mark... and I hope it's a combo card, I applied for AP but that status has not changed online. Anyone have experience with expedited EAD also getting AP at the same time?

They wanted a birth certificate and translation that was already sent in my original package, so I sent it back again along with a certified copy of my birth certificate and translations and cover letter explaining what was attached and was included originally.  i havent heard anything since, I hope it was sufficient

Yay!  That is great news. My case also has not updated online since they received our RFIE (also on Feb 27 funnily enough!) Good luck!

I just put a second SR today cuz it’s out of normal processing times

You could try scheduling an InfoPass appointment. I will do an expedite for my EAD if I don't here back by end of April (my current work authorization will expire then). I spoke with a lawyer a couple of weeks ago, and he said that a lot of people have found that they have way more success with the in person Info Pass appointment....

Normal processing times for EAD is now 2.5 to 5 months now, check this website: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/#mainContent.

I know timelines given on USCIS website is not always accurate but this new system, they are pretty much telling us" dont bother us before it gets to 5 months"; he average like I said nowadays is between 100 and 120 days.

Most SRs raised before this time are usually unanswered, the best bet like somebody else mentioned is to book an Infopass and try to convince somebody in person or try to expedite if you have the grounds for.

I am just about to apply for AOS... I entered last week on a K1 and got married on sunday.

How much does it cost for me to file the AOS, employment authorisation and for me to temp leave the country?

Also how long is it currently taking for people to start working on a temp employment authorisation?

Thanks for the help
