Thought of that theory too, cuz my Noa1 was dated 10th Jan a day after my checks were cashed out..

It's been over 2 weeks since I faxed in my evidence and no acknowledgement nor updates yet...

My issue is that they haven't even acknowledged the receipt of my faxed evidence..

I follow a few other threads if you have time read the August 2017 thru December 2017 and from what I am reading expedited cases take about 1 month nowadays from the time you put it in the request until getting an answer; I even read some cases where it took 2 months, so be patient guys, hang in there!

If you can, get your congressman, senator or ombudsman involved, you can try that route as well.

I feel you it is tiring and stressful!! Since I had an RFE I am not even thinking about expediting, I even stopped doing interviews because not having a work permit always causes an issue.
