A Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR) is a communication sent by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to a petitioner about a previously approved petition, telling him or her that the USCIS intends to revoke the petition, along with the reasons for revocation, and giving the petitioner a fixed amount of time to respond.[1] NOIRs may be issued for immigrant visa petitions (such as Form I-130 and Form I-140)[1] and for non-immigrant visa petitions (such as Form I-129 and Form I-129F).[2]

you have a chance to respond to whatever issue it is though. do you have a lawyer?

Hey y'all. We had our biometrics on Feb 7 (which we attended) but his case status online hasn't updated yet. It has no updates at all except change of address! Should I be worried?

No, not at all. Those who got an update within a week or two are just very lucky, or live in a state where there aren't many people applying for AOS. Had my bio on Feb 5 and no updates yet. Hang in there! I read that it (normally?) takes 4 to 10 weeks to get an update after the bio.

My USC husband will be traveling soon for work in Asia. I would like to go with him unfortunately I’m currently waiting for my interview schedule and aos, ead and ap approval. I am done with my biometrics last 2/14. Is there a chance to get AP asap? Thank you!

I think you can try to call them and talk to a tier 2 or book an infopass and show them the plane tickets or business trip paperwork from your husband's job and see if they can expedite your case. Good luck

Hello Guys,

I got my RFE in the mail after all on Friday night and I sent it back the same day via Fedex, it should be delivered on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday.

It was about my birth certificate. They wanted a copy of my birth certificate in French along with a translation, I had already sent in my package the  translation so I sent both again. Now Im praying that I can get approved for my EAD soon, hopefully early March.

Happy Sunday to yall

Do you think they lost the copy of your birth certificate, so that's why they asked for it again? So weird anyways.

We got a RFE for our check and we sent it right back last week but I'm a little scared because we only have a regular copy of our marriage certificate and they didn't mention anything about that.

Just wondering if that was the only thing that was wrong with the package and we're good to go or the chances of getting another RFE are still there?
