Hey I'm an April filer for AOS and just snooping on here to see how many people have had their interviews yet. Congrats! I just had my biometrics today in New Orleans! :)

So it didn't take you very long for your interview! That's awesome. :)

@jaybeltisroy

PD?

Is it required that you have life and health insurance?

thank you🙂

Just wondering could ssn deliver my ss card right after I received my gc?

I wrote about that yesterday on my post about my interview. The io that interviewed us said we should go to the SS office and request a SS card.

Interview was today, and GC approved.  It was about 35 to 40 minutes with standard questions.

All told, about 80 days from filing to approval.  We feel lucky.

Now all we need is to get the card in the mail.

Finally done.

80 days. That must be nice. We're at 302 days!

My case just got approved today finally. 2 weeks after the interview. Got the email that says card is in production :jest:

Does anybody know how long it takes to have the card in hand in the mailbox lol ( ive heard one 1 week after?)

It depends. I was approved on the spot May 7. Same day the tracker was updated to Card in Production. The day after it was updated to case is approved. I am still waiting for the approval letter hopefully today or tomorrow.
